Engagements and agreements
Information on this website does not by itself create a consulting or client engagement.
A paid engagement begins only when:
Business Growth Strategies confirms that it is prepared to undertake the engagement;
the relevant engagement agreement is signed;
any required payment is received; and
any other agreed commencement conditions are satisfied.
Each paid engagement is governed by its own signed agreement.
If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms and the signed agreement governing a paid engagement, the signed engagement agreement applies to that engagement.
15-minute conversations and enquiries
Submitting a website form, contacting Business Growth Strategies or booking a 15-minute conversation does not create a client relationship or guarantee that an engagement will be offered or accepted.
The purpose of an initial conversation is to understand the situation sufficiently to determine whether there appears to be a genuine fit and whether Business Growth Strategies believes it can add meaningful value.
Either party may decide not to proceed.
No consulting engagement exists until the relevant engagement agreement has been signed and the required payment and commencement conditions have been satisfied.
Fees and payments
Prices and fees displayed on this website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
The applicable fee, scope, inclusions and payment terms for a paid engagement will be confirmed in the relevant engagement agreement and payment arrangements.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Changes to website pricing do not alter the agreed fee for an existing signed engagement unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
No guarantee of results
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of Business Growth Strategies.

existing business conditions and performance;
decisions made by the owner, directors and management;
implementation by the business;
market and economic conditions;

Client responsibility
The client remains responsible for:
its business and commercial decisions;
internal implementation;
the accuracy and completeness of information supplied;
decisions made by its directors, officers, owners and management;
obtaining accounting, tax, legal, financial product or other regulated professional advice where required;
compliance with applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations; and
deciding whether and how to act on strategic observations, priorities or recommendations arising from an engagement.
Business Growth Strategies does not take over the role or responsibilities of the client's directors, officers, management team, accountants, lawyers, finance professionals, brokers, valuers or other professional advisers.
Where specialist expertise is required, the client remains responsible for engaging appropriately qualified professionals.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the original content of this website are owned by or licensed to Business Growth Strategies Pty Ltd.
This may include original:
text and written material;
diagrams and graphics;
documents and templates;
presentation materials;
branding;
website design elements; and
other original content.
