Format and cadence

Single working session up to 3 hours on Zoom. Weekly verification snapshots from the same report. Day‑30 steering review booked at purchase. If red, tighten once inside 14 days or stop. If green, keep the rule frozen for the quarter.

Pricing

$2,500 plus GST for the consult. Optional 30‑day review $1,000 plus GST. $1,500 success fee payable only if the agreed profit or cash movement is verified within the timeframe set at the consult.

Accountant involvement

If the governing metric lives in the firm’s standing report, invite the accountant as verification owner. If verification is owner‑controlled, proceed with the owner and coordinate with the accountant where appropriate.

Roles and safeguards

Owner lead makes the decision and owns the rule. Numbers owner pulls the same standing report each week, confirms baselines, and flags red. Implementation lead runs the two conservative actions and reports exceptions. Missing or late data is treated as red. Verification is from the agreed report only; manual adjustments are not accepted. Success fee is payable only on verified movement against the agreed baseline within the timeframe set at the consult.

Optional diagnostic variant

If the governing constraint is unclear, the first 45 to 60 minutes are used to triage candidates against three filters of weekly visibility, 90‑day controllability, and conservative cash impact. Once locked, the build proceeds as above. No change to fee or format.
